NEW PATIENT

$150

  • For 1st Time or New Patient Visit

  • If you have not visited our practice in more than 2 years, a new patient visit is required by law. No exceptions.

RETURNING PATIENT

$75-100

  • Follow up visit for returning patients

  • Add-Ons may be recommend. Each additional modality will incur an extra charge.
